Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our posted Refund Policy.

ScentsRoyale offers a 30-day return policy on eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, fragrance products must be unopened, unused, unsprayed, and in their original sealed packaging. Opened, used, sprayed, or unsealed fragrances cannot be returned.

For accepted eligible returns, ScentsRoyale provides free return shipping with a prepaid return label.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.

Section 9 - In-Store Pickup

Eligible online orders may be available for in-store pickup at our kiosk inside Golden East Crossing Mall in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.

Customers should wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready for pickup before visiting the kiosk.

At pickup, customers may be asked to provide their order confirmation, name, order number, or valid photo ID.

Pickup availability depends on current inventory. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to discuss available options.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order placed with us.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, per order, per account, per payment method, or per shipping address.
