At ScentsRoyale, we are committed to carefully packing and shipping premium Middle Eastern, Arabic, and designer fragrances to customers across the United States. ScentsRoyale is operated by Perfume Empire LLC.
Shipping Options
We currently ship within the United States only. The following options are available at checkout:
Standard Shipping: $7.99
Handling time: 1 to 3 business days
Transit time: 3 to 6 business days
Free Standard Shipping: orders of $59 or more
Handling time: 1 to 3 business days

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order subtotal is $59 or more.
In-Store Pickup: Free
Eligible orders may be picked up at our store at 1100 N Wesleyan Blvd Suite 5022, Rocky Mount NC 27804, inside Golden East Crossing Mall. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup confirmation before visiting.
Processing Time
Handling time is the time we take to prepare and hand your order to the carrier. Orders are handled within 1 to 3 business days after you receive your order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Transit time is the time the carrier takes to deliver your order after it ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.
Packaging
All orders are securely packed to help ensure your fragrance arrives safely. We take extra care in packaging each order to protect the product and preserve its presentation during transit.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost, delayed, damaged, or if your order arrives with an issue, please contact us at info@scentsroyale.com or +1 252-740-5674 as soon as possible.
For damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box when possible.
We will review the issue and work with you to help resolve it.

Perfume Empire LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to discuss available options.
