Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll receive an email notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard U.S. Shipping (3–6 business days): $4.90 flat rate

• FREE U.S. Shipping: Automatically applied on all orders over $50

• We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Packaging

All orders are securely packed to ensure the safe arrival of your fragrance. We take extra care in packaging to preserve the integrity and presentation of your scent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@scentsroyale.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
