At ScentsRoyale, we are committed to carefully packing and shipping premium Middle Eastern and Arabic fragrances to customers across the United States.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard U.S. Shipping: $7.99 flat rate

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–6 business days after the order has shipped

Free U.S. Shipping: Automatically applied on orders over $59

We currently ship within the United States only.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Packaging

All orders are securely packed to help ensure your fragrance arrives safely. We take extra care in packaging each order to protect the product and preserve its presentation during transit.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed, damaged, or if your order arrives with an issue, please contact us at info@scentsroyale.com as soon as possible.

For damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box when possible.

We will review the issue and work with you to help resolve it.

ScentsRoyale is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to discuss available options.
