Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes. ScentsRoyale sells authentic fragrance products sourced through trusted suppliers and distributors. We do not sell counterfeit, fake, or unauthorized replica products.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes. Eligible online orders may be available for in-store pickup at our kiosk. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before visiting for pickup.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 3–6 business days after the order has shipped.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, ScentsRoyale ships within the United States only.

How much is shipping?

Standard U.S. shipping is $7.99 flat rate.

Free U.S. shipping is automatically applied on orders over $59.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

What is your return policy?

ScentsRoyale offers a 30-day return policy on eligible items.

To be eligible for return, fragrance products must be unopened, unused, unsprayed, and in their original sealed packaging. Opened, used, sprayed, or unsealed fragrances cannot be returned.

Approved eligible returns include free return shipping with a prepaid return label.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

For damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box when possible.

Can I return an opened fragrance?

No. Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened, used, sprayed, or unsealed fragrances cannot be returned.

Can I test fragrances in person?

Yes. Customers are welcome to visit our kiosk inside Golden East Crossing Mall to test available fragrances and get help choosing a scent.

Do you carry designer fragrances?

ScentsRoyale focuses mainly on Middle Eastern, Arabic, and trending fragrance products. Our inventory may change over time, so please contact us if you are looking for something specific.
