Once your ScentsRoyale order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
You can use your tracking number to follow your shipment and see delivery updates from the shipping carrier.
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order confirmation is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Tracking Updates
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after your order has shipped.
If your tracking number does not show movement right away, please allow the carrier time to scan and update the package.
Delivery Estimates
Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 3–6 business days after the order has shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Missing or Delayed Tracking
If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package appears delayed, please contact us at info@scentsroyale.com with your name and order number.
We will review the order information and help you determine the next step.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
For damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box when possible.
